Speaking the language of every business – big and small

Content GlobalSpeaking the language of every business – big and small
Samsung Europe retained our services as their B2B Digital and Content agency to take each of their flagship smartphone releases and make the business case for the European market. For the launch of the Galaxy Note 8, Samsung wanted to engage small business audiences as well as their usual large enterprise audiences.
We developed a content marketing campaign driven by the idea that large and small businesses can learn a lot from each other. We commissioned a research report and hosted a panel debate, both focused on the theme of ‘Big + Small: how to do bigger things in business’. We also created two short films that documented a ‘day in the life’ of two very different businesses using the Galaxy Note 8 to ‘Do Bigger Things’.

Insight
Brands too often focus on features or generic ‘business productivity’ messaging, but customers are more interested in practical guidance and how it will impact their business.
Idea
Our campaign territory and thought leadership theme shows businesses they can learn from each other and achieve more: ‘Big + Small: How to do bigger things in business’.
Innovation
We gave the product to two innovative businesses – one large, one small – and filmed the owners using the product, creating compelling visual case studies before the product even launched.
“This campaign went way beyond simply launching a new product: it embraced an engaging thought leadership topic. The crown jewel of the program were two videos following real businesses - big and small.
The videos stayed with us. They were engaging, impactful, educational, emotional and beautifully shot.”
“Earnest did a fantastic job with this pan-European Note& launch. It has set the gold standard for any future B2B work and we are extremely happy with the quality of the outputs. The sales and growth results reflect this too.”
