TagSensors has developed a complete, end-to-end solution for cold chain monitoring that is cost-effective, easy to use, and extremely effective.

The cold chain monitoring industry – the management of temperature-sensitive foods and pharmaceutical products – is crowded and highly competitive.

TagSensors realised that, in order to stand out, they needed new branding and a new website that communicates their superior difference and quality with impact.

Insight

Cold chain monitoring across supply chains is complex and confusing, but TagSensors create solutions that simplify it. We reflected this in the new value proposition ‘Effective action through radical simplicity’ and strapline ‘simple certainty’.

Idea

We lifted the brand out of the drab blues and greys that are common amongst the competition to send an immediate signal that TagSensors do things differently.

The new brand has a core palette of purple and coral in striking gradients, giving it a strong sense of warmth and motion. We also designed a graphic device and visual identifier – ‘the signal’ – that brings consistency to the logo, website, and all other visual communications.

Innovation

The new website successfully balances its two objectives – to introduce and educate people about the new TagSensor brand, and an industry-leading e-commerce platform that drives online sales of TagSensor products

The homepage is a great example of our approach. It delivers the brand story in a dynamic and engaging way, whilst also giving clear signposts that carry visitors through to the relevant pages and the customer portal.

Earnest was chosen by us to completely reposition our brand and build a website to promote and sell our product to a global B2B audience. The result is great and we are now planning with Earnest to set up and run ongoing online marketing campaigns in 2022
