Following a split with the Institute of Leadership and Management, ILM briefed us to develop a unique and differentiated identity, message and vision. ILM recognises that talent can grow from anywhere and offers leadership and management training that’s accessible to all. They are also the leading provider in this field.

Earnest developed a new vision for the brand – Leadership Without Limits – that reflected ILM’s inclusive approach to learning . We wove this into a full new brand positioning, visual identity, messaging framework and tone of voice.
