We are based in central London – the West End. We are open to remote working but while we will not expect you to attend the office on a daily basis, there will be occasions when it is encouraged.

We are looking for an experienced brand designer. Someone able to quickly interpret business needs and client briefs and turn them into compelling creative solutions.
You will need to be well-versed in the process of brand creation, from conceptual thinking through brand development to technical delivery and brand guidelines. You’ll need to be able to work in a sensibly quick way and turn your creative hand to projects big and small.
You’ll be able to guide more junior team members. You will also be an effective communicator, both internally, to partner agencies, and to clients.

_Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into elegant creative solutions.
_Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output for your projects.
_Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the creative team.
_Lead projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
_Collaborate and motivate other team members and stakeholders.
_Ask smart questions, take risks, and bring new ideas.
All the requisite skills:
_The ability to come up with ideas and execute them.
_Full knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, primarily Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat.
_A knowledge of Adobe XD/Sketch is a bonus.
_Minimum of 8 years experience, working at a creative agency (B2B or B2C) is preferred.
_Plenty of experience presenting to clients, being the creative lead on projects, taking feedback and hitting deadlines.
_Being able to prove that you’re as good as you say you are.
