We're on the look out for a part-time Finance Assistant / Book-keeper to join our London team

What’s it all about?

You’ll report directly into the Financial Controller and MD but you’ll work closely with the client services team on a day to day basis.

You’ll join their weekly finance meetings (remote or in person) and support ensuring all financial admin is up to date and accurate. This will include ensuring the forecast is reflective of the work, all POs are accounted for and invoices are created and sent promptly.

Liaising with our clients and their finance teams on a regular basis will also be a big part of the job.

What will the role include?

  • Purchase ledger updates
  • Client billing and sales monitoring
  • Staff expense claims processing
  • Supplier payment run processing
  • Credit control
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting the FC with month end close
  • General inbound enquiries from suppliers

Qualifications sought?

  • Minimum AAT Level 4 qualified or QBE
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a finance department
  • Xero certified and good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
