The digital campaigns function is newer within Earnest and we are looking for brilliant people to be a part of the growth that we are experiencing in this area.

_ Setting up, managing and optimising PPC campaigns across a portfolio of clients
_ Undertaking keyword research and understanding the best practices with Google Ads to produce high performing campaigns
_ Inputting in responses to client briefs to ensure opportunities are being maximised
_ Helping to implement the best processes for managing reporting on campaign performance
_ Constantly searching for opportunities to improve the results and outcomes we deliver for our clients
_ Experience managing paid search campaigns and familiar with both Google & Bing Ads
_ Experience working with paid social platforms including LinkedIn
_ Understanding of other paid channels & how they work together
_ A natural curiosity & desire to deliver outstanding work
_ Comfortable working with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and gathering insights from data
_ Excellent communication skills
_ The ability to work at pace but always with precision
_ Experience of communicating directly with clients and presenting reports and ideas to them
