We’re looking for someone who shares our passion

Now we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for greatness to join the team. You’re someone who has a way with words and who understands the fine art of content planning, delivery and distribution. You’ve got B2B and ideally tech experience.

You revel in getting your head around some pretty tricky subject areas and finding elegant and engaging ways to make them meaningful for time-poor business executives.

You know your buying cycles from your bicycles. You have a hunger for doing something different. And importantly, like us, you have no desire to simply add to the glutinous mountains of content out there – and instead want to create content that truly sparkles, resonates and offers huge value to its consumers.


What you'll be up to

  • Helping formulate content strategies in tune with our clients’ marketing objectives – working closely with our planners to recommend the right content tactics for the job
  • Insight gathering – immersing yourself in the worlds of our clients and their target customers, the key trends, issues and opportunities on their radar, through desk research and interviews
  • Content planning – formulating and structuring content plans that share your vision for each content asset to be created
  • Content writing – copywriting a wide gamut of content, both long and short form – from guides and infographics to video and podcast scripts, from web experiences to social media posts
  • Content sourcing and editing – helping commission other content writers and specialists to meet client demands, handling their briefing and managing the quality of their output
  • Content promotion – helping develop plans to distribute and promote our content digitally to maximise its reach and performance. Social media experience is a must
  • Proactive thinking – constantly looking at what’s out there and how we can innovate across our content offer to stay at the forefront

Whether you’re a seasoned planner with B2B experience who wants to stoke their grey matter further or a planning newbie eager to get your foot on the ladder, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be up to

  • Insight gathering – getting under the skin of our clients, their market and customer needs via research, workshops and interviews
  • Developing compelling stories and messages that position our clients’ offerings in a clear and compelling way
  • Formulating high performance, integrated campaign plans – combining the right mix of inbound and outbound tactics, while thinking digital-first
  • Content marketing – from advising clients on the right strategy, building personas, establishing key themes and formats to distribution, management and measurement
  • Working closely with our creatives – delivering the laser sharp insights that will inspire their thinking

About you

  • Proactive thinking – constantly looking at how we can help clients (existing and new) to grasp new opportunities and better achieve their goals
